Our members:

  • Are accredited investors (within SEC rules).
  • Have track records managing and building successful companies either as entrepreneurs, operating executives, or investors.
  • Agree to participate in the activities of the network, including due diligence, structuring investments, attending dinner meetings, and coaching entrepreneurs.
  • Form an extensive peer network of domain expertise and contacts for subsequent funding, talent and technology.
